What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept buy now, pay later services like Afterpay or Klarna.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Creating an iMpower account helps us track your orders, process returns or exchanges, and offer the best customer support.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email us at customersupport@impowercosmetics.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check the status anytime by logging into your iMpower account.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and U.S. territories only, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
If you're outside the U.S., email us at [support email] with your location—we'll notify you when international shipping becomes available.
Do you offer same-day delivery or in-store pickup?
Not at this time. All orders ship from our fulfillment center via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using standard shipping.
What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Check your mailbox, porch, and any secure delivery area. If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to support you.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. Gifts may be returned within 30 days for store credit only, with valid proof of purchase.
Can I return a used product if I didn’t like it?
We accept gently used items for store credit or exchange—limited to one return per product type per calendar year. We ask that you only return opened items if there’s a clear issue with the product’s performance or compatibility.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Opened or gently used items can be exchanged once per product type per calendar year. For example: one lip gloss, one lipstick, one lip liner, per calendar year.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How do I contact customer service?
Email us at customersupport@impowercosmetics.com. We aim to respond within two (2) business days, excluding U.S. holidays, Juneteenth, and major market interruptions (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer samples?
Not yet—but we hope to offer them as we grow. Stay tuned!
