Shipping Information

  • Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misrouted due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen external events once a package has been handed off for delivery.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and U.S. territories, including:

  • All 50 states (including Hawaii and Alaska)

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • American Samoa


Outside the U.S.?

We don't offer international shipping.

We’re working to expand. If you live outside our current shipping zones, email us at customersupport@impowercosmetics.com, with your location and product interest. We’ll notify you when international shipping becomes available in your region.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends.

During peak periods (such as new product launches or promotional sales), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Processing times do not include:

  • U.S. federal holidays

  • Juneteenth

  • Local holidays in our fulfillment region

  • Major disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, or shipping carrier delays)


Shipping Options & Cut-Off Times

  • We offer standard delivery only via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We do not offer same-day, overnight, or express shipping at this time.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and carrier-selected delivery window.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also log into your IMpower account to view order status and updates.
