Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We know ordering online can be tricky. Sometimes a shade doesn’t land or a formula doesn’t work the way you expected. We’ve built a return policy that’s fair, respectful, and helps us protect the integrity of our products. While we can’t accommodate every return, we do our best to offer reasonable solutions when things go off track. Here’s how it works:
Return Policy Overview

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a full refund to your original payment method (subject to approval upon review).

Opened or gently used products may be eligible for store credit or exchange, limited to one return per product type per calendar year.
Example: One lip gloss, one lipstick, or one lip liner per year. -
A registered iMpower account is required to initiate any return or exchange.

Returns are not intended for product testing. Please only request a return for an opened product if there is a clear issue with product performance, compatibility, or experience.
Gift Returns

Unused gifts may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of shipping, with valid proof of purchase.

Opened gifts may be eligible for store credit (within the same product-type return limits).

Store credit will be issued to the gift recipient if they have an iMpower account; otherwise, it will be issued to the original purchaser.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Products must be in original packaging

Items must be unused for full refund

Gently used items = eligible for store credit or exchange (limit applies)

Return must be initiated within 30 days of shipping

Any free gifts or promotional items must be returned if they were part of the original purchase and required for eligibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customersupport@impowercosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue
We’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout:

Credit/debit cards will be refunded directly to the same card.

Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay purchases will be refunded to the corresponding account.
Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved for refund processing. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
We do not offer cash refunds, check refunds, or refunds to alternative payment methods.
Store credits (for eligible gently used returns or gifts) will be issued to your iMpower account and can be used on future purchases.
How to Start a Return

Log in to your iMpower account

Submit your return or exchange request with order number and reason

We’ll email you return instructions and the return address

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days
Shipping for Returns

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we cover return shipping

For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a trackable method—we are not responsible for lost packages
Exchanges
Need a different shade or formula? Exchanges are available for gently used products under the one-per-product-type-per-calendar-year limit.
Return Limits
To ensure fairness for all customers, we monitor return activity. Accounts with excessive return frequency may be restricted to store credit only or limited from making future returns. You’ll be notified if any return privileges change on your account.
