    Orders & Accounts

    Do I need an account to order?

    Yes. You’ll need an iMpower account to place orders, track shipments, and request returns or exchanges.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email customersupport@impowercosmetics.com within 24 hours of placing your order

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo (via PayPal). We do not accept Afterpay, Klarna, checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

    Shipping

    Where do you ship?

    We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. We do not ship internationally yet

    How long will my order take?  

    Orders are processed in 3–5 business days (up to 7 during peak launches/sales). Shipping times depend on your selected carrier and destination.

    Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?

    Not at this time. All orders ship from our fulfillment center via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

    My package says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.

    Check your mailbox, porch, and any secure delivery spots. If still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly. While we’re not liable for packages marked “delivered,” we’ll do our best to support you

    Returns & Exchanges

    What’s your return policy?

    Unused & unopened products - full refund within 30 days of delivery.

    Opened or gently used products - eligible for store credit or one-time exchange per product type per year (e.g., one gloss, one lipstick, one liner)

    Can I return a gift?  

    Yes. Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days with proof of purchase.

    How do I start a return or exchange?

    1. Log in to your iMpower account.

    2. Submit your return/exchange request with order details.

    3. We’ll email instructions and the return address.

    Once we receive your item, refunds and store credits are processed in 7–10 business days

    Who pays for return shipping?

    If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, you’ll pay shipping and should use a trackable service.

    Product & Safety

    Are iMpower products safe for sensitive skin?

    Our products are safe for external use when used as directed, but reactions can vary. Always check the ingredient list and patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a medical professional.

    Do you sell or share my personal data?
